Wynwood Event Center is the home of Shiso, the award-winning Asian smokehouse that has operated at 239 NW 28th St since March 2025 under Chef Raheem Sealey and Forward Hospitality Group.

As of July 2026, the space has expanded into a dedicated event venue. Shiso continues here as our in-house culinary program, offering full-service catering and custom menus for every event, with the same kitchen and the same team behind it. Outside catering is also welcome.

Shiso has been recognized with Best New Restaurant in the Miami New Times Readers' Choice Awards, Top New Restaurant by The Hungry Post and has hosted events for Visa, The Related Group, CrossCountry Mortgage, and Art Basel programming.

Wynwood Event Center also hosts public brunches and reservation-based dining events throughout the year.
